It’s been quiet on here for a few days.

We very recently lost someone close and dear to us. They had been very ill for sometime, and although the final decline was mercifully swift, it is a sad and painful time none the less.

Not much more I can say about it here really, except the obvious perspective shifts such things bring to one.

Mostly the obvious, made clearer.

Be kind. Enjoy your time. Cherish what is precious to you. That sort of thing.
